Be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate cybersecurity rules and practices are effectively implemented, documented and followed by the entities of Saint-Gobain within your assigned scope. Within scope of action, the candidate will be responsible for: o Organization of security in Web & Application Developments and the industrial IT perimeter o Compliance controls and tests o Follow-up of post-audit corrective plans o Security validation inside projects o Risk analyses o Management of security incidents o Consideration of developments in security policies o Relaying of Group security operations o Awareness-raising and training o Business continuity plans (BCP) Technical skills: o Handson experience on Information Security o Handson experience on IT Infrastructure Securityo Handson experience on Application Securityo Should have experience on network securityo Strong experience in Project Management and expertise in Information Systems Audits o Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ITIL, COBIT, etc.) and risk analysis methodologies (EBIOS, etc.) o Understanding of business issues and complex organizationso Good knowledge of processes and technical components supporting industrial and logistics processes (technologies, automation, connected objects, monitoring, etc.) Personal skills: o Autonomous, proactive initiative-taker o Integrity, discipline and coordinative leadership skills o Very good oral and written communication skills in Business English, French is a plus o Ability to work in a team (openness, sense of relationship) o Cultural awareness: Ability to synthesize and adapt communication content to contacts on local sites Other Requirements: o Should have strong academic background, only BE/ME o Should have convent backgroundo Candidate should have around 8-12 years of experienceo Certifications on CEH, CCNA,CCNP and CMD
