The candidate is expected to lead the effort to analyze and review business, technical and functional requirements, document detailed specifications of these user requirements, and implement reporting & insight solutions in line with these.
Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Analytics, with 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
2. Ability to generate reports and design dashboards using Tableau is a requirement. Knowledge of Power BI and other dashboard tools is an added plus.
3. Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting development
4. Understands data structure, data analytics and reporting of Salesforce.
Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to have Qualifications”)
- PMP, DMAIC or similar Project/Program Management skills and experience
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to lead multiple priorities and timelines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to clarify project objectives and assemble the required information
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in data and interpret, synthesize, and communicate results.
- Ability to perform data Analysis, data cleansing, and data manipulation techniques and to effectively present and articulate ideas in an easy-to-consume, visual format.
- Ability to evaluate historical and comparable data with an analytical approach, create detail-focused analysis, and have strong presentation skills to communicate data through storytelling
- Ability to clean, manipulate, standardize and visualize data, including charts, pivot tables, vlookups and other formulas, with a high comfort level in adopting new tools and applications
- Ability to work reliably across varied time zones, diverse teams, 3rd party relationships, and the varied functions and levels across Cisco
