Job Responsibilities:
- Working on building predictive algorithm to improve retention & engagement of stakeholders of ABHI
- Creating analytical model-based segmentation / framework of users, basis their demographic profile, business output and behavioral parameters
- Experience in conceptualizing, building Predictive Analytics / Statistical Modelling (Regression, LR, DT, Random Forest, Neural Networks, Boosting, Bagging etc)
- Maintenance of existing ML based model in regular interval in terms of monitoring, tuning and re-building if required
- Building strategies and suggesting changes in processes which will eventually become industry benchmarks
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in BTech, Statistics/Mathematics / PGDM with Analytics specialization
- 3+ years of model development experience in SQL/R/Python/SAS (exp in MS Azure is plus)
- Has worked extensively on data and can use data to identify and solve problems
- Ability to design and implement the analytics framework, set up analytic systems and processes
- Understanding of DBMS
- Conversed with latest AI/ML AI/ML techniques
- Experience in Visual Analytics tool like Tableau
- Detail oriented with proven ability to solve unstructured problems
- Ability to apply analytical skills to problem solving
- Use a variety of legacy and emerging analytic techniques incorporating supervised and unsupervised methods to be deployed in business decisions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Highly reliable team player with an excellent work ethic
