Job Responsibilities:· Align with business strategy across all business units to support and oversee successfulexecution and monitoring of cybersecurity services and capabilities.· Support and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards that reflect the needs of thebusiness while also keeping pace with the changes in the business environment andtechnology/security domain.· Investigate and remediate known and potential threats within the enterprise. · Participation in the change management process.· Identity management - manage and maintain user accounts in various platforms such asMicrosoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365. · Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities. · Conducting scans within Intrusion Detection and vulnerability systems. · Educating staff members on information security through training and awareness. · Keep up to date with the ever-changing security requirements across HIPPA. · Maintain security architecture for all organizations / companies and partners.· Act as a support investigating known or potential IT security issues.· Work with third parties (e.g. health plans) in all cybersecurity audits and assessments andparticipate in the development of remedial plans needed to meet third party requirements.· Work collaboratively with colleagues to continue to secure and mitigate risk across thecompany. · Identity and Access management, User account creation and support for various applications  Qualifications:· Active certification such as Security+, Network+, AWS Cloud practitioner is recommended.· Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least five years in theInformation Technology industry.· Solid working knowledge of HIPAA.· Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office products includingOffice 365.· Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity and the relationship between threat,vulnerability, and content value in the context of risk management.· Familiarity with vendors, tools, product, capabilities available to a medium-sizedorganization.   ...
