?Require business analyst having 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, with the following requirements:
� Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Responsible for scheduling & organizing the work in their shifts for the project assigned to them.
o To make sure that the shift runs smoothly & according to the planned activities.
o Responsible for ensuring that employees are assigned the scheduled task regularly and the work is completed on time.
o Scheduling the call backs, where CRT is provided, which includes updating RFC�s, updating assignment portal & sending the prep assignment mail for the SA's, creating CR/RFC/SR
o Weekend assignment of activities of Friday night, Saturday & Sunday on Friday evening as per Lead's advise.
o Handling of callbacks which are non-technical in nature & addressing all the re-scheduling request unless it's require too much of technical involvement.
o Provides support and assistance to their subordinates on all areas of their assigned duties.
o Responsible for delivering the quality service & support to the customer request thereby ensure the process compliance is followed
� Queue/Portal Monitoring & Reporting:
o Regular queue scanning for respective projects which will allow operations to keep a effective tab on callbacks
o Raising new RFC/SR as per requirement and as per the schedule placed.
o SDM communication & follow-ups with SDM's for production plan & answer to SDM non-technical query.
o Update in the schedule portal & resource assignment
o Weekly status report for project activities
o Ad-hoc reports as & when requested by Management
� Experience:
o 2 � 4 years hands on experience supporting IT infrastructure & managing IT projects.
o Should possess excellent MS � Office Skills.
o Exposure to Portal development/HTML/APEX would be definitely an added advantage.
� Education & Knowledge/Skills:
o Bachelors Degree in any stream preferably Information Systems, Business Administration � or equivalent experience.
o Demonstrated documentation and project management skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment to satisfy Service Level Agreement in conjunction with members of their team in order to be more efficient & to resolve customer complaints & other concern as they arise.
o Strong analytical problem solving skills, including light troubleshooting
Ability to interact effectively with other technical and non-technical resources
Ability to quickly establish comfortable & effective working relationships
Strong oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills including sensitivity to customer and the user community
