Experience of configuring & managing SQL Server 2008 / R2,2014,2016databases on Dev, SIT, UAT & Production Environment \- Experience in relational database design & implementation \- Expertise in SQL Profiler & Error handling is a must. \- Expertise in scripting Stored procedures, Functions, Tables, Views, Cursors, Constraints, Triggers & Indexes \- Experience in DB Load testing & performance testing.\- Experience in SQL Server Performance Tuning, Query tuning, Optimization,Database Performance monitoring and Index fragmentation. \- Proactively monitor Production server's capacity, performance & troubleshoot database related issues. \- Experience of designing and deploying reports using SSRS & BusinessIntelligence \- Experience in creating SQL Jobs, SQL emails & alerts. \- Experience of SSIS, SSAS & Clustering will be an added advantage \- Experience in Performing DBA activities such as Backup, Restores, Security& Audit, User roles & privileges is an added advantage. \- Maintain a knowledge base of all DB request/issues from Production servers \- Works as a part of the project team to coordinate database development& deployment \- Assist the QA team for UAT & Production testing. Should have: \- Should have strong communication skills, excellent spoken and writtenEnglish. \- Should be a fast learner and demonstrate the ability to understand thearchitecture/ codebase of an existing product/solution. \- Should be able to document a solution. \- Should be able to communicate and express ideas, issues and suggestionseffectively \- Should have excellent troubleshooting skills. \- Should be willing to works on projects, change requests or bugs as needed,and support deployments in the production environment. \- Should be willing to go the extra mile when needed and support the productin production at critical times.
