We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of our IT projects and services for our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, project management, and client relationship management. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Program Delivery Management
a) Lead and manage the delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
b) Own the profit and loss (P&L) for designated key accounts, driving revenue growth and profitability.
c) Optimize cost management and resource allocation.
d) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments.
e) Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Client Relationship Management
a) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with the highest levels of satisfaction.
b) Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to showcase achievements and report key metrics to increase customer loyalty.
c) Build trust with clients and team members by consistently delivering high-quality results and striving for excellence.
3. Capacity Building and Resource Management
a) Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure optimal project delivery.
b) Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
c) Understand client roadmaps and identify skill gaps to develop training programs and collaborate with HR for hiring to build team capacity and capabilities.
d) Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and promote a collaborative work environment and company values.
4. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
a) Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.b) Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
c) Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement best practices in future projects.
d) Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Strategic Planning and Company Growth Initiatives
a) Actively participate in strategic planning to define, implement and track various internal growth initiatives.
b) Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with company strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
a) 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or a related role.
b) PMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
c) Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
d) Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
e) Maintains the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
f) Willingness to travel (domestic/ international) as per the company’s requirement.
g) Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects to clients in the US/ Europe.
