● Build Daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly Dashboards to analyze the business and take/propose appropriate actions
● Deeply Analyze the Customer Returns behavior on Returns, Exchanges, RTO etc and build actionable insights that will help to improve the trend over time
● Understand the Product Ratings and feedback across channels and build insights for the sourcing/product team to improvise on the customer experience.
● Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
● Know the competition: Understand online and offline players. Ensure Brand assortment stays well ahead of the competition
● Influence the leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
● Market Understanding - Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short-term and long-term trends. Have an in-depth knowledge of competition and vendors Develop and implement industry best practices.
