• Follow-up with Vendors
• Engaging customer order planner and marketing for schedule variations.
• Communication Schedules to the suppliers
• Managing the daily supplies/Kan-ban from suppliers
• Interact with customers, suppliers, company internal* company overseas
• People management and System adherence: TS 16949/14001
• Responsible for meeting cost targets for Logistics &Packaging.
• Identify risks that can impact supplier delivery and guide the department to develop mitigation plans based on risk
and vulnerability analyses on spend areas.

Responsibilities: • Ensuring timely availability of parts from supplier for India production.
• Awareness / Analysis on Automobile market.
• Needs to have good interaction with Customers (Internal/ External).
• Needs to be a effective team player across CFT’s.
• Proactive Approach on predicting the Schedule variations and communicate the same to appropriate teams well inadvance.
