?Looking who are handling the ;
� Handling the bidding / tendering process from the stage of floating enquiry to negotiation with bidders and till award of the contract.
� Preparation of Pre-bid queries and Bid Deviations (Technical & Commercial).
� Techno Commercial, bidding / Tender Estimation and Costing.
� Contract & Tender Review by assessing the Risks by preparing Commercial Deviation .
� Post Contract Administration/Management, Commercial Management of ongoing Projects, Claim Handle etc.
� Due Diligence and Support in handling legal issues.
� Project Management, Co-ordination with others department.

?- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
- Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions.

- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
