  • Job Location: Jamshedpur
  • CTC: 6 Lacs to 7 Lacs
  • The detailed JD for this roll is as follows:
  1. Manage IT environment of the company.
  2. Applications basic script knowledge.
  3. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT environment and electronic data operations.
  4. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  5. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  6. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  7. Coordinate for audit documentation
  8. Daily operations and systems support to employees
  9. Knowledge of  functionality of hardware and software components
  10. Backup all the applications as per schedule defined by IT Policy.
  11. Knowledge of Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  12. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  13. Have control of Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users.
  14. Install and train end users of any applications.
  15. Maintaining records of software licenses
  16. Proven working experience as an IT Officer or relevant experience
  17. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  18. Ability to manage personnel
  19. Both SLA and Non-SLA scopes will be handled promptly.
  20. Handle all escalated issues as necessary, scrutinized root cause
  21. Make sure that the requests for all the analysts are balance to ensure all work is completed on time
  22. Escalate to the next level of support as dictated by process if needed
  23. 5 - 6 year experience in IT, SAP ERP, Oracle and Dotnet.
  24. Excellent English communications skills both oral and written
  25. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  26. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a heavy workload environment while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives
  27. Good working knowledge on MS office
  28. Good analytical and problem solving skills is a must
  29. Willing to stretch working hour during crisis including holidays
  30. All deliverable reports will need to be submitted on time to make sure that all requests are monitored effectively.
  31. Sets the Estimated Completion Date (ECD) and the correct scope for the requests
  32. Monitoring the volume of the requests and process it in a timely manner
  33. Coordination of all the IT Meeting and prepare and circulate the MOM
