New product development like condenser bar and plate and plate and cup type radiator.
Actively involved in the new development design and manufacturing of new press tools, welding
fixtures & inspection gauges
involved in the planning & coordination for new part approval, project monitoring and implementation
of new tool manufacturing tool trial at supplier tool maker location end and set up in our company.
Buy off die process and draw developments with die build shops.
Die design reviews and buy off with die shops at the correct time as per master/die specific timeline.
Monitor progress with the timeline - close contact with the program manager.
Management of tool shop for all timing related issues - action plans and follows up.
Die buy off and deliveries for home line commissioning.
Panel buy off at pre- series at die shops- with tooling team.
Panel buy off at die shipment- dimensional, thinning, and surface & capability- with tooling & QA team
completely t1/t2/t3 responsible including all documentation in correct location in project sever.
Home line commissioning at tier 2 suppliers.
Material savings engineered and detailed plan submitted at HLC to press shop manager.Product function knowledge.
Responsible for new programs stamping process decisions.
Responsible die development follow-up & tryout.
Support & improve productivity of stamping tools during production.
Improve SPM of stamping dies as per target SPM.
Updated & communicate die development schedule to program team.

Visit costumers manufacturing plants for line problem & understand to functional requirement, defect
identification, root cause analysis.
Involved in sample part approval, sample part quality problem solving & continuous improvement in
product.
Knowledge of welding process and different type of welding operations and subassemblies,
components, assembly and testing processes.
Ensuring that customer feedback handling, field information collection & analysis leading in customer
satisfaction & corrective action is taken on customer complaints in consultation with production and QA
department.
Making necessary modification in the tool based on implementation engineering change note.
Analyzing the breakdowns, calculating MTTR, and MTBF & taking measures reducing the breakdown
time.
