KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate on technical issues with the Company's headquarter
- Adapt existing machine designs to local needs regarding production and application
- Handle all technical matters with local suppliers in cooperation with supply chain department
- Support local Company production as Engineering representative
- Observe the Indian market to adjust developments accordingly
- Make sure that the products are in compliance with the local regulations including homologation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B:E.) Mechanical/Electrical
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in design and development of mobile construction machines
- Familiar with hydraulics and electrics
- Excellent understanding of different systems/modules of a machine and their integration
- Willingness to survey the market and gather information/experience about the application and the customer needs
- High flexibility to tackle day by day challenges and coordinate with people to work on solutions
- Distinct cost awareness for the product and all processes linked to it
