Education Qualification - MBA - HR - Full time is a mustRelevant Experience - 15-20  years  in manufacturing Industries in different HR Verticals
            
  • Talent Management, Employee Benefits, Compensation Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR operations, HR Budget & SF    
  • Strategic advisor to the Business Units Heads &Functional Heads for all businesses on all aspects of people management                    
  • Define the HR strategy of company in line with the growth and expansion objectives of its business units; create both long and short term HR Roadmaps, to achieve the strategy                    
  • Change Management: Should lead transformation in organization, execution of new organization structures, sensitizing on organizational needs (leadership pipeline development, organizational processes etc) by deploying very strong level of competence in change management.                    
  • Conduct senior management interviews by ensuring cultural fit between the candidate and the company. Closed several key positions as  Heads in levels of VP and GM  
  • Employee Development – Identify gap in competencies and develop a training plan with support of an external agency for the senior leadership team.                                  
  • Compensation & benefits – Inputs to SBU/HR on Annual compensation review, critical/hot skills, market dynamics, hot skill bonus, variable components, retention              
  • Employee Relations & Engagement – communicating the rationale and interpretation of policies, handling of grievances, separations, service awards, rewards & recognitions, team building activities, open house, chat sessions, cultural events                    
  • HR Budget & reports: planning budget and updation on budget utilization.
