- To come up with various options of logistics and define best mode of transportation for different centres to ensure timely deliveries.
- To collect relevant data from all distributors pertaining to payments, stocks, despatch and other statements and carry out reconciliation and cross verification of data accuracy.
- Record all the sales of each month properly, complete proper invoicing and also keeping all other entries/accounts up to date like issue of credit/debit notes etc.,
- Maintain, process and reconcile replacement claims
- To ensure physical verification of stocks at warehouse and completeness of records is current.
- To assist in preparation of budget and managing the expenses within the budget.
- Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution centre.
