1. Expert in Business planning, monitoring, project review, controlling and reporting to CFO & MD
2. Expert in financial planning, budgeting, analysis with regulatory compliance
3. Monthly MIS preparation along with detailed analysis report
4. Expertise in preparation of Financials as per applicable Accounting Standards & revised Schedule VI.
5. Managing the timely preparation and reporting of statutory accounts, financial statements and annual reports of companies in the group in conformance with all regulatory accounting standards
6. Co-ordination in conduct of Statutory, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Transfer Pricing Audit.
7. Managing day to day accounting operation and ensuring proper book of Accounts with Periodic reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, provisions etc.
8. Good exposure of GST and well versed with SAP functions
9. Statutory compliances Direct and Indirect taxation
10. Key Financial Reports P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
11. Statutory Liabilities (Payments & Returns). Should have strong domain knowledge of Professional Tax, PF, ESI, TDS etc.
12. Liaison with Business Head, Department Heads & other line management personnel regarding projected cash flow, profit/loss and forward planning.
13. Adherence to reporting i.e. monthly reporting , quarterly forecast , annual budget and planning process
14. Team handling exposure of minimum 10-15 team members.

1. Well-versed in SAP. Experience in SAP � FI & CO a must.
2. Expert knowledge in GST; good working knowledge in accounting and income tax
3. Learning approach, adaptable to changes, zeal to update himself with the changing law, focused to job, handle responsibility.
4. Experience in Tax function
5. Good Communication skill
6. Excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
