Role - In-charge Production of the UnitDesignation - DGM / GMQualification - B.E (Chemical)Experience - 15-20 yrs cement backgroundReporting to - Production HeadLocation - Chanderia, ChittorgarhRoles & Responsibilities * To plan and ensure daily smooth operations of the production function from Limestone stacking to Cement grinding stage. This includes all production operations in the Coal Mill, Raw Mill, Kiln and three cement mills. * To analyse process and quality data so as to study any irregularity in the production process and take necessary corrective actions. * To identify and take necessary actions for continuous improvement in plant operations. * To plan yearly shutdown jobs and take corrective action before final implementation. * To identify, analyse and evaluate cost effective measures. * To plan and ensure change of refractory lining along with the refractory contractor. * To plan manpower deployment to achieve production targets. * To prepare department budget as per the business plan given by the management. ** ** * To monitor and review departmental expenditure.
