Role: Dy/ General Manager - Human Resources Reports to: CEO Location: Ulsoor, BangaloreRole Objective: • Overseeing and leading all HR initiatives, systems and processes • Driving culture and change within the system as per company guidelines Key Responsibilities: • Develop corporate strategy for a variety of HR matters such as compensation,benefits, health and safety etc. • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies forperformance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action whenrequired • Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics Key Relationships: (External and Internal) External- Vendors, Consultants Internal- All departments Threshold Qualification: • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or relatedfield. • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources. • Global exposure either through having lived abroad, worked abroad or havingworked for a reputed MNC in India • Advanced use of Microsoft office (excel, word and PPT)Behavioral Competencies: • Proven experience as Head of HR • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet itsobjectives • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and bestpractices • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
