Role & Responsibilities:

  • Designing immediate & long term sales plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation and realise corporate goals.
  • Preparing annual sales budget and achieving it on monthly & quarterly basis including meeting
  • NOD & receivables target.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline through deeper market penetration and improved market share
  • Keep constant update of the developments in the markets with the customers and competition and collect regular market intelligence.
  • Explore and identify the opportunities for improvement in margins and growth in business.
  • Liaising with cross functional teams like Supply Chain and Planning, Production, Finance, R&D for managing the customer requirements and expectations.
  • Leading, mentoring & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
  • Required Knowledge (of any equipment / Tools and techniques / Software)
