Should have worked with a Consulting Firm
Should have worked in capacity of Project Managers/Lead for last 3-4 years or for at least 2 projects
Demonstrate leadership/willingness to carry out the assigned roles in independent manner
Should demonstrate skills regarding Decision-Making and Client Facing roles
Should have full understanding of design principles, standards, components into Urban Development.
Should have full understanding of Urban Development construction methods and installation.
Should have sound technical competency to undertake technical approvals of the Urban Development and its associated design submissions including IDC/IDR process.
Good Knowledge of other disciplines and their work interfaces with Urban Design
Should be able to lead the project team and provide strong technical support to the team in terms of production, review and mentoring
Should have necessary experience in facing client to convince the design consideration
Should have exposure to India Projects (Mandatory) and Overseas Project (Preferable)
Should have fair understanding of the Business Development aspects of the Urban Development Projects of various scales. Should have experience in the overall project cycle (Tendering, Projects, and Contracts)
Good Writing and Communication Skills
