    JD:Job Summary The Analytics COE is an advanced analytics team in FedEx that supports global marketing organizations in areas such as Marketing & Customer analytics, Digital marketing analytics etc. to provide information required to run marketing programs/ initiatives and make FedEx a successful data driven organization. As part of our growing organization, we are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing analyst (with proven subject matter expertise) to support our Global Digital marketing engagements. As a senior member of the team your responsibility will include project management, analytical excellence as well as to demonstrate thought leadership in the Digital Marketing area. This role is a techno functional role where you would be required to liaise with business and service leads to translate business needs into clear quantitative goals, accurately find a way to measure and serve the results to stakeholders.    Intermediate to expert knowledge on: 
    1. Customer journey analysis 
    2. Web analytics 
    3. SEO/ SEM 
    4. Content Analytics 
    5. Campaign Analytics 
    6. Social Media Analytics 
    7. Testing & Personalization 
    8. Digital Channel analytics  
    Key tasks and job requirements: 
    • Requirement elicitation/ Solution design/ Delivery o Provide insights, BI solutions/reports, and recommendations for global marketing programs 
    • Deliver reports, dashboards and deep analyses to regional Marketing teams, including US 
    • Extract, gather and format the right level of data for Marketing programs and projects 
    • Integrate and standardize data sets to enable ease in analytics & visualization (both cloud and enterprise) 
    • Establish measures of success (metrics & KPIs) – KPI Synthesis 
    • Analyze data to understand performance and effectiveness of digital programs (across channels like Search, Digital Display, Social Media, Email and onsite) 
    • Provide guidance on online tagging for measurement and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
    • Develop statistical models to understand customer journeys and influence marketing strategies 
    • Assist with A/B and multi-variate content test setup, execution and measurement 
    • Liaise with the US Digital Intelligence team for continuous guidance, direction and alignment 
    • Interact with internal groups and agency partners that support Marketing.
