?Create digital marketing strategy and build consensus among relevant stakeholders
- Detail out the strategy into multiple initiatives/campaigns and design the blueprint for each of
these initiatives
- Incorporate EduGrads culture of continuous improvement by seeking regular feedback from
stakeholders
- Build web-based content deliverables for campaigns - including, but not limited to; emails, web
pages/sites, landing pages, banner ads and social posts
- Monitor web, email and social engagement metrics (via reporting tools)
- Use data-driven insights to optimize emails, web pages, social posts and user funnels to
continually improve the customer experience
- Design and build visual assets for campaigns (e.g. email headers, landing page hero images,
media banners and more

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead Online Marketing for
Students, College Management, Corporates spanning Student Acquisition, Student
Awareness, SEO, Performance Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Product Marketing,
and Email Marketing.
You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, planning, executing 360-degree
marketing campaigns for Students. You will define both the long-term strategy and
short-term plans to achieve the vision and deliver business results. The ideal
candidate will be innovative, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have a
desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly
changing priorities

qualification

?At least 6 years of total work experience. Experience in EdTech/consumer products is
preferable.
- Excellent understanding of managing digital campaigns for EdTech businesses or online
consumer businesses
- Should be adept at leveraging information from SEO, SMM, PPC and monitoring traffic of
different social media platforms.
- Fully aware of media optimisation and analytical tools to manage & enhance marketing
campaigns seamlessly
- Should come with existing relationship with different PR online & print agencies and can id- ate
& push the Client's brand aggressively.
- Hands on experience of developing & managing content on social media platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Youtube.
- Should come with a strong business mindset and can act as an enabler for the sales, product &
brand team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
