About the Role • Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to the India Leadership team, providing guidance and support on all people-related maters in Europe • Provide guidance and support on employee rela�ons maters, including conflict resolu�on, performance management plans and disciplinary ac�ons. • Support organiza�onal changes and ini�a�ves, ensuring effec�ve communica�on • Champions a phenomenal employee experience – suppor�ng ini�a�ves that bring to life and embed values • Drive a performance-led culture, supporting leaders to clearly articulate the business priorities with clarity of expected performance standards, and a consistent performance assessment process • Con�nuous improvement and execu�on of all people processes (onboarding, performance management, benefits, rewards, etc.) • Drive employee feedback mechanisms and partner with leaders to develop ac�on plans • U�lize data to provide insights and recommenda�ons to drive informed decision making • Manage interna�onal mobility, including immigra�on support • Work with the HR Leadership Team to create, drive and manage HR projects • Partner with the Talent Acquisi�on team to source high poten�al talent • Ensure the appropriate frameworks, prac�ces and procedures are in place for compliance with employment law, social governance and best prac�ce
