- Strategize and manage the messaging on websites and ensure the brand perception is consistently positive across all channels especially online. Be the brand custodian.
- Develop internal and external communications strategies, and execute them for projects, events, and the organization as a whole
- Responsible for strategizing and creating impactful content to target stakeholders through online and offline channels
- Collaborate and mentor a team of 6 to 8 marketing professionals to meet organization's Marketing and communication needs
- Design and monitor targeted online and offline campaigns. Use data insights and feedbacks for identifying growth opportunities
- Create innovative communication ideas and deploy industry best practices to enhance effectiveness in building Bhumi brand.
- Develop PR strategy , monitor press releases and develop relationships with key journalists to build awareness about organization's initiatives
- Strategize and execute brand and lead generation campaigns for potential stakeholders: volunteers, donors and organisations like Corporates, colleges, schools etc.
- Strategize and support digital fundraising and engagement initiatives to acquire and retain donors and fundraisers
