?The key responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Director:
1. Lead the CoE team to function as a cohesive unit with shared and connected responsibilities
based on good inbound marketing excellence practices
2. Inspire the CoE team to deliver high quality on time. Monitor team operations and
performance to improve quality and lead performance through coaching and individual skills
development planning
3. Foster a collaborative working culture within the CoE and with stakeholders based on agile
methods, to secure the marketing engine runs smoothly and with high quality
4. Manage CoE operations by controlling budgets, utilization, quality and provide data-based
insights of CoE improvement areas/corrective actions
5. Manage corporate marketing operations by consolidating budgets, KPIs, cost/lead forecasts
and provide data-based insights of corporate improvement areas/corrective actions as well
as your insights and recommendations
6. Advice, counsel & support key BU and LOB stakeholders, give/receive feedback to ensure
ongoing marketing performance improvement focus
7. Lead marketing performance improvement projects forward, manage deadlines and reach
your objectives on time
