?Location; Hyderabad(Looking for local candidates as client prefers Face to Face interview only)
Experience: 10 + Years heading F&A Shared Services( AP,AR, GL)
Team Size: 80
Reporting to : Director or Vice President of Client Support
Build Intercompany Relationships
a. Build collaborative win-win relationships with the USA based staff.
b. Foster continued growth of the company presence within our organization.
c. Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
d. Perform client financial / accounting work as set forth by company policy
e. Champion the brand, product, and service quality within our organization
2. Staff Management
a. Exhibit inspirational leadership and build a talented, cohesive, results-oriented
and healthy team environment.
b. Lead and manage the staff to ensure maximization of time and effectiveness in
client service.
c. Review each team members work to make sure they are providing services in
adherence to company policy and in accordance with GAAP.
d. Mentor your staff. Provide suggestions on how to work more effectively, solve
problems and provide value added services to the client.
e. Ensure that staff is adequately trained in the use of the tools.
f. Ensure adequate succession planning is effectuated through all levels of the
organization
Production Management
a. Timeliness �
i. Accounting - responsible for timely completion of all weekly processing
cycles as well as monthly financial statement preparation. The standard
for monthly financial production is 15 business days from end of
accounting period close.
ii. Accounts Payable � responsible for timely entry of AP (within one
business day of receipt of invoice image) and the accuracy of the work
(less than 1% error rate)
iii. Treasury Management � responsible for timely production (within
7 business days of period end) of the bank reconciliations as well as the
quality of the work.
b. Quantity � Monitor staff workload and productivity with the goal to have all
accountants producing work for 25 weighted units.
c. Quality
i. Client Manager and their direct reports will follow all company protocol
ii. Work papers must be prepared in accordance with company guidelines
and in sufficient quality to pass periodic inspection reviews.
Corporate Support
a. Proactively work with their direct supervisor and available worldwide corporate
resources to develop and implement team, divisional and corporate initiatives
that best serve our clients, staff and company.
Qualifications
1. University degree in Accounting
2. At least five years related experience, preferably in an outsourced accounting
environment
3. CPA or equivalent preferred
