Job Role:  Operations Director (Production, Warehouse & Logistics). Location: Requires relocation to Middlewich, United Kingdom (PennWhite will take care of VISA requirements). Experience Requirements:Bachelor of Science, Engineering - Chemical Engineering preferred.10+ years of chemical engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing company (antifoam/defoamer, surfactant experience preferential).5+ years of managerial/leadership experience. Responsibilities: 

• Have specific responsibility for the end-to-end manufacturing activities within the facility.
• Ensure continuous improvements in all areas of manufacturing in compliance with appropriate regulations while controlling spending and capital budgets.
• Responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s Production Operations Strategy.
• Provide effective leadership to the team and demonstrate a clear ability to prioritize the operational objectives to best fit the company’s strategic plan.
• Effective liaison with the head of finance, technical, and sales departments.
• Will drive rapid and consistent operational improvements to ensure that we deliver on time in full, to budget, to quality standards, to the customers’ expectations, and with the most effective use of our resources
• Implement operational best practice and deliver significant manufacturing margin improvements.
• Implementation and management of any manufacturing or engineering projects that may arise.
• Contribute actively towards reducing year-on-year product cost movements by improving production utilisation & efficiency and ensuring all CI activities are resourced, managed, and driven to successful completion.
• Review KPIs and other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
• Driving productivity, agility, sustainability whilst eliminating waste across the operations.
• Effective team leadership and communication - managing, monitoring, and coaching operations managers.
• Create an environment that motivates employees ensuring that they are fully aware of what is expected of them and recognizes their success.
