We are seeking a dynamic Digital Presales Solutions Architect to join our team in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role. This position involves collaborating with sales and delivery teams, customers, and manufacturing partners to enhance customer experience by aligning business goals with consulting services and solution architectures. You will partner with Territory Vice Presidents and Territory Sales Directors to surpass annual revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Additionally, you will recruit, develop, and retain top Solution Architect talent. This is a vital role as we continue to strengthen our solution-oriented sales and professional services business.

Sales and Architecture Leadership:
- Lead and develop a team focused on solution sales, consulting, and professional delivery services.

Culture and Team Dynamics:
- Foster a positive culture among the team and all engineering functions.
Strategic Engagement Framework:
- Ensure all regional presales and paid services engagements follow the Strategic Engagement Framework to achieve quality, success, customer satisfaction, and regional profit goals.
Technical Excellence:
- Maintain a high level of technical excellence across multiple solution architecture areas, including primary and enabling solutions sold and delivered.
Executive Collaboration:
- Work with executive leadership to define practice area needs and ensure open communication channels between territories and professional services leadership.
Business Acumen:
- Understand customer business drivers and position our services and products for successful sales and implementation.
- Stay attuned to industry, technology, and customer trends.
Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain long-term loyal client relationships.
- Convert competitively held accounts.
Partner Relationships:
- Build credibility and strengthen relationships with manufacturer partner teams.
- Strategy and Marketing:
- Work with Territory Sales Directors to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop impactful customer events
Job Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Define and communicate a clear digital strategy that supports the organization's strategic goals and objectives, taking into account market trends, customer expectations, and technological advancements.
- Transformation Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, outlining key milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks. Ensure alignment with the overall IT strategy and business objectives.
- Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate their potential impact on the organization, and make informed recommendations for adoption. Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, platforms, and solutions to optimize processes and enhance business operations.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Proactively identify digital transformation opportunities and present recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer experience.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies and processes. Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the transformation journey, ensuring effective training, communication, and organizational readiness.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Implement project management methodologies and tools to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Regularly report progress, outcomes, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of system and solution architectures.
- Professional level certification(s) with leading manufacturing partners.
- Proven technical problem-solving and design skills.

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 50% travel expected. Based in any US location.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10-15 years of combined experience in presales/sales, leadership, and management with technologies such as Cisco, EMC, VMware, NetApp, F5, Palo Alto, Pure, and/or Nutanix.
