?Reporting to the Managing Director for Student Marketing and Recruitment; the Group Sales Director
will be a high-performing, commercial thinking Executive, who will assist the Company in its ambitious
International expansion and revenue growth objectives.
The Group Sales Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the Groups Key Sales
Strategies, Tactics and Action Plans which are necessary for the achievement of their identified Financial
Targets; such Financial Targets being for the Companys business units both individually and as a whole.
The Group Sales Director will work closely with the Companys Marketing, Finance, Admissions and
Academic Departments; as well as other Key Stakeholders (including, but not limited to Academic
Partners and Students) in the pursuance of their objectives.

previously adopted and assess how this can be adapted and improved to support the Annual Global
Sales Strategy
? Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
? To identify and evaluate Competitor activity, Market Information and Student Feedback, and feeding
this information back through the Annual Global Sales Strategy and MI Reporting.
