Position OverviewResponsible for improvement of quality systems with the manufacturing department to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction. A. JOB RESPONSIBILITYTo work with production team on controlling the process rejection.Devising procedures to inspect and report quality control issuesMonitoring and assist all operations that affects SFG & product qualitySupervising and guiding inspectors, executives and team membersResponsible for defect analysis and actions with production team ( Metal Composite Panel & Color Coating Line) and maintenance teamAssure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final outputReport all malfunctions about production to production Manager and support for correctionFacilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality dataKeep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP,Google Sheet and databaseGood Knowledge of ISO /IATF /IRIS / EXOVA systemsLean activitiesCompliance of management system- ISO, IRIS regulation.3M Control & Decision makingGood Knowledge of Customer Complaint Handling and taking Corrective actions B. Specific Skills/Knowledge/CompetenceKnowledge about the product.Knowledge of production process and correction methodology.Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsGood knowledge of MS Office and databases and SAP system.Analytical and complex problem solving skill ( 7QC Tools, DMAIC, TQM,TPM,PDCA, RCA etc).
