dy manager quality in chennai

?Handle 0 Km and field concerns
a. Follow up the activities developed to eliminate problems reported by customers as 0 km.
b. Analyze the Customer complaint and communicate immediately to the Stake holders.
c. Facilitate inspections required at customer end and at warehouse for the defective parts.
d. Analysis the issue and provide action plan to customer & Coordinate with stake holders for effective implementation corrective action.
2. Steer weekly meeting with stake holders for concern progress & its feedback to customer
a. Plan and conduct weekly meeting with stake holders to review and update the customer complaint and action plan implantation status.
b. Organize for customer audits, visits and general discussions other than system and PPAP Audit.
3. Horizontal deployment:
a. Implement the horizontal deployments of corrective actions and improvements for similar Products.
b. Share the lesson learnt for the issue to other plants in India for implementation.
4. Responsible for confirming necessary documents:
a. Review and prepare list of related documents updating for identified corrective action
b. Follow up with stake holders for document updating and maintain records.
5. Customer score card monitoring and its review:
a. Receive the score card from customer and retain it for management review Purpose.
b. Review the customer score card and Prepare the action plan in case of Poor Performance.
c. Establish a strong relationship with customer and maintain the PPM within the Target.
