? Experience in Plant HR role preferably Automobile industry experience with MNC culture. Tasks and Responsibilities
Employee / Industrial relations:
? Anticipating Employees expectations from Management through their (Union) Charter of Demand (COD)
? Conducting survey in the prevailing market, analyzing and monetizing the CODs
? Preparation of Counter Demand (Management Expectations from Union)
? Signing the Long Term Wage Settlements under section 12(3) reads with 18(3) of Industrial Disputes Act 1947 and rule 59(4) of Karnataka Industrial Dispute Rules 1957 before the competent authority in labour department
? Conducting & Cordoning monthly union meetings, Minutes Preparations
? Handling Disciplinary Procedures - Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment
? Preparation and issuing Reprimands / warnings, Show Cause, Charge Sheet to the delinquent workmen depending on gravity of misconduct under the certified standing orders
? Appointing neutral third party in Domestic Enquiry process & acting as Management Representative
? Making order of punishment as per the certified standing orders � Withholding of annual increment, Suspension pending enquiry, Dismissal / Discharge
? Responsible for Grievance management: Canteen , Safety & shop floor, Admin & Projects
? Employee Engagement: Initiated Birthday Celebration, Annual Get Together, Best Employee award, Suggestion Scheme, 5S award etc.
Regulatory / statutory compliances & corporate governance:
? Liasoning with Govt Dept (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, Labour Department, LIC etc). Contract Labour Management
? Maintain all records as required by statutory authorities. ISO QMS, EMS and OHSAS
? Conducting monthly employees participation committees viz. Canteen, Transport, Safety & Health
Contract labour management :
? Handle and ensure the compliance of flexi manpower who have been directly engaged through difference contractors in the factory
? Ensuring the statutory regulatory which shall be abide by the contractor in accordance with Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970 (Issuing appoint letter by the contractor,
? Muster Roll, Register of Wages, Register of Deductions, Register of Overtime, Register of fines, Register of advances, monthly, half yearly and annual returns)

Previous Experience
Experience: Minimum of 8 � 10 years of progressing profile in Human Resource Management
English, Kannada, Hindi
? Good English written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills,
? Good understanding and experience in HR systems and understanding of current HR trends with Management skills & strong execution skills.
