?Overall responsibility of running Indore project in an efficient and profitable manner
Ensure that all projects are delivered on?time, within scope and within budget
? Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the
success of the project.
? Develop / modify a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
? Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques with respect to systems
? Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors / contactors for the flawless execution of project.
? Ensure resource availability and allocation on a timely fashion
? Report and escalate to management as needed.
? Manage the relationship with the client and all internal and external stakeholders.
? Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/ contractors.
? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
? Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
? Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long?term goals.
? Develop / modify comprehensive project ( systems) plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff
members
? Perform other related duties as assigned.
