Job Description:

- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns that drive online sales.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and share insights with the team.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including payment processors, logistics providers, and marketing agencies.
- Work with the customer service team to ensure that online customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
