Responsibilities
A) Operation Management -
Order Fulfillment. Keep track of daily incoming B2B Online POs, acknowledge them on respective channels like Flipkart, Amazon, Big Basket, BinkIt, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other channels punching orders in ERP
Check for transit status of dispatched POs and update in tracker.

Highlight cases which breached SLA. Responsible for the development and performance of the online business channel.
Responsible for managing seller panels of all marketplaces inclusive Amazon, Flipkart and D2C.
Manage Supplier Performance: Maintaining score card of suppliers for their support, service, price points, and responsiveness etc. Manage supplier & base to achieve competitive cost, quality and delivery performance.
Managed the packaging material & consuming inventory (Poly pouch, Tape, Flyers and Corrugated box) and maintain packaging material inventory monthly basis and search good options for better pricing of packaging material.
B) Logistics Management -
The organization strategy for OTD (Order to Delivery) process focusing on both S2D and O2D. Managing the order flow and fulfilment process to ensure all orders are delivered to customers On Time in Full (OTIF).
Analyze the performance of 3pls Partners and load allocation based on performance.(Domestics and International)
Pin code route map and analyze the returns and try to reduce the numbers. (Forward and reverse service)
Align the process of COD verifications, NDR process and Improvement of NDR v/s DL conversations.
Checking bill and approving the client of payments. Ensure the COD remittance of all 3pls partners timely.
C) Warehouse & Inventory Management -
Drive any stock allocation/order prioritization situation. Define, control and reduce end to end Inventory.
Managed the cost structure of Warehouse and space of inventory planning to move old and non- sellable inventory in other source or arrange the RTV accordingly.
Management the transport and GRN stock on time (Fresh stock).
D) CRM -
Handling customer retention and strategizing customer centric deals.
Handling social media platform for customer queries and issues.
Issuing refunds through payment NEFTs, E-Vouchers, replacements & exchanges.
Maintains database of customers for follow up. Requirement and Skills

Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms
