?� Works closely with the founder & CEO on business strategy, investor relations, cmpany wide initiatives, projects..
� This is an individual contributor role where it is expected of the incumbent to plan, execute and coordinate various business strategy and analytics programs
� Develops plans, organises and executes business strategy related projects, initiatives and such
� Prepares for seminars, conferences, customer, partners, alliances meets and presents strategic inputs, slides, documentation
� Coordinates with alliance partners and agencies in creating initiative roadmaps
� Collaborates and works on cross functional projects in Customer, Supplier, Prod Dev, Marketing, People programs, Analytics and online programs
� Works on business planning, budgeting and related areas
� Works with marketing and PR agencies to develop strong PR program roll-outs
� Specialises in cost effective programs to run in the company
� Defining and delivering Monthly, Quarterly, Annual business related objectives and targets
� Works with various agencies to launch subject specific seminars and conferences
� Works with financial institutions, investors, VCs, PE funds by preparing appropriate collaterals, pitches and ensures successful fund infusions
� Work closely with the sales and revenue operations to constantly analyse results and identify opportunities to improve business results

?Business analyst


?� Graduate Degree with MBA specialisation in Marketing. Engineering specialisation is preferred.
� 3-6 years in business analysis, financial analysts companies with fund background - VCs, PE Funds, Banks, Financial Institutions, Fast paced start-ups
� Experience working in high-growth and/or early stage company environments/markets
� Effective written, verbal communication and presentation skills
� Expert analytical, meeting management and communication skills
� Willingness to travel extensively for meeting with financial partners, VCs, customers, suppliers, alliances, partners, agencies and such
� Comfortable using presentation took kits, should be able to make world-class pitches and analysis for presentation to board and funds and for strategic initiatives
� Highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven
� Highly adaptable to newer strategies and technology solutions that the company deploys in the market
� Highly collaborative and a solid team worker, a good listener who can create excellent working relationships with investors, funds and other team workers
� Keen attention to detail along with strong organisational and project management skills.
� Results driven with an ability to execute independently
� Exposure to online strategies and operations is an added advantage
� Should have worked with a tier 1 companies for the last 3 years.
� Ability to work initiatives with Government will be an added advantage
� Should have worked in any VC firm, Financial Analyst firm, NBFC, Bank etc., or IT services
� etc., - analyst roles, should be able to play with numbers, excel sheets, should have
� strong analytics skills. Knowledge in scripting languages like R, Pig etc., is a terrific
� advantage. Should be able to make world-class power point/key slides.
� Ability to comfortably and confidently interact with senior people, investors, CEOs, large
� customers. manufacturers, suppliers etc.,
� Should be able to take minutes and follow up on action points to fruition
� Flexibility on timings, working on weekends as necessary, and should be willing to travel
� as needed.
� Should have a confident personality and an effective speaker, who can articulate articulate well in front of senior and larger audiences
