?Typical issues to handle as Executive Assistant in this role:

? Management meetings - Organize the management calendar and assist the SA Manager in preparing the agenda. Document the decisions, actions and information from the meeting.
? Assist on a daily basis with the internal/external communication flow (e-mail, telephone & calendar management)
? Assist in the follow-up process with respect to actions decided and their deadlines.
? Actively participate in the creation of regular presentation materials and reports.
? Administration of expenses, invoices, databases, time and attendance approvals.
? Travel reservations and coordination of travel schedule of SA Manager
? Planning and preparation of meetings including agendas and presentations
? Be the link between the team participants for coordination matters
? Involvement in the work related to the meetings.
? Maintain a professional appearance, and communicate with all internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
? Establish and develop good and lasting relations with internal and external stakeholders
? Work with Management Team members in internal change projects order to increase enthusiasm and commitment with involved stakeholders
? Work as a liaison between all Business Line teams to facilitate proper flow of information

? At least 5-8 years of experience of providing administrative support to an organization. Some experience of financial systems & data analysis would be needed.
? University degree from relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
