?ob Responsibilities

� Manage reception area and be the front face of the organisation

� Overall Housekeeping of the office premise

� Managing incoming mails/courier ,passing on to the concerned person and maintaining register

� Initiate SIM and data card request for staff as authorised and maintain the record of the same

� Manage and maintain record of various services used by the office - Electricity, Mobile bills for official connections , Courier, Vehicles

� Managing incoming and outgoing calls during office hours

� Managing Travel booking for staff as per Travel policy under guidance of FC and MD

� Coordinating with staff and accounts for pay roll input

� Managing Housekeeping staff, office admin staff and security staff

� Hosting incoming guests with help from office boys (warm welcome, serving water/tea/coffee, organising working lunch as required)

� Managing conference facility and keeping it in order all the time

� Overall facility management (office and works buildings)

� Managing sundry purchases for office and business needs as authorised

� Assisting MD and FC for HR initiatives and activities

� Assist MD for his travel plans and other business/ administrational needs
