Supervision of site erection activities such as Erection, Commissioning and Testing of Power Transformers, HT/LT Switchgears, HT/LT Bus ducts, Power and Control Cable Laying , Termination, Cable Trays/ Cable Gallery, Earthing, HT/LT Motors, Electrical Panels, DCS I/O panels, VVVF Panels, UPS, Battery Chargers, Relay panels etc
Coordinate with Contractor Supervisors to execute the assigned jobs in specific time as per schedule.
Knowledge in Cable Schedule, P&ID, E&I QAP, SLD, E&I Control schemes, DCS Logic Diagrams, Safety guidelines etc
Knowledge of DOL, RDOL, VFD, Soft Starters, Field Instruments ie Pressure , Temperature ,Flow, Level and DP Transmitter & Safety devices for equipment
Knowledge in DCS Programming, I/O Loop Checking and Trouble shooting
Knowledge of Electrical Safety and Implementation of same as per guidelines
Preparation of Protocols for E&I Equipment’s charging and testing
