Role Description

Manage delivery for large/Mid - size AMS Account

Organization Unit







·Responsible for managing E2E delivery for a large/mid - sized AMS account

·Responsible for delivery quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction and effective management of delivery related risks and issues

·Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process, quality and productivity

·Manage engagement on a day-to-day basis: Scope management / Estimate to complete / Client / Budget and ensure a proper engagement reporting

·Deploy various innovation levers to reduce operational cost, faster time to market and improved user experience (including various automation and industrializations levers)

·Participate in creating proposals, deal reviews and making presentations to the clients

·Maintain and extend Capgemini’s influence and reach within the client, together with Business Development, to generate add on sales

·Conduct periodic delivery reviews, identify issues and resolve them, advise on risks and suggest corrective actions

·Manage and improve offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins

·Work with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery

·Work with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements (includes cross training and upscaling)

·Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project; manage all Project Finances, P&L, Cost and Invoices and Benefits.

·Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional teams assigned to the projects

·Maintain good and healthy relations with all internal/ external stakeholders

·Manage visits of the clients to India from reviewing the delivery to showcasing capabilities on prospective areas based on account mining

·Meet existing and new clients and identify opportunities for Right shore delivery

·Suitably adopt appropriate corporate tools, methods, templates and practices

·Adherence to Corporate practices and principles (eg procurement rules, Security and Data Protection)

·Provide accurate engagement information to the Delivery Organization, adhering to prescribed reporting regimes with accurate and timely delivery status and financial data relating to their engagement

             Skills and Experience


·Strong MS Dynamics experience is a must

·Must have managed Large Engagements / Accounts into Application Management space (Transition + Delivery)

·Experience of Rightshore distributed delivery model across BUs and geographies

·Should have managed Deals worth: 50 Million Euro for multi year AMS contracts

·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·Strong sector knowledge in Retail Industry Domain

·Sales, Solutioning skills

·Senior Leadership Stakeholder Management

·Good knowledge of Project Management, ITIL and CMMI Level 5 processes
