?The Job owner is responsible to meet QEHS functional objectives & requirements as per business plan
� To Develop, Review, Set up, Coordinate & Communicate processes and standards in the Plant
� Plan and conduct internal audits (Product / System / Process) as per Quality management system.
� Coordinate extrernal audits with Central team (2nd/3rd party) and Certification body
� Coordinate Customer audits and Drive implementation of audit findings / action plan accordingly
� QEHS management system related issues communication to the concerned and to impart training for awareness.
� Member of QEHS company core group (Coordinators Workshop) and to ensure the system alighnment with the central QEHS function.
� To impart Training pertaining to management system for team development.
� To Develop instructions and procedures as and when required
� Plant Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for Management System related topics
� To support Manager QEHS to achieve QMS objectives
� To initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance quality system effectiveness.
� Work on company standards (data sheets, guidelines, process documentation, tracking tools etc.) and enhance synergies with other plants

?Hands on experience of TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 standards and development of Quality Management System in a greenfield manufacturing plant.
� Team player and motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills.
� Must be able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
� Good knowledge of MS Office including MS Word,Outlook, Excel & Power Point.
� Experience with Project Management tools and methods
� Needs to travel to Europe in other plants.
� Liaise with Govt authorities, Service providers, Consultants and customer locations.
