Job Responsibilities:
1. Ball mill operation with pre-grinder by maintaining the process & quality parameters for smooth operation of plant.
2. Monitoring the Specific power on regular basis and making plan to achieve the target.
3. MIS preparation related to process.
4. Process flow measurements, Calculations & circuit sampling of grinding circuit. Monitoring the pollution control activities in coordination with HSE Department.
5. To Co-ordinate with other department for achieving the Production objective of the company.
6. Maintain raw material stock i.e. clinker, gypsum, fly ash and cement on regular and give feedback to HOD.
7. Should be good knowledge of SAP & MS office.
8. Good manpower handling skill & good communication skills
