understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. Supply Chain Operations and
provide analytics and operational expertise to drive fact-based strategic and tactical supply planning,
manage and execute forecast improvement initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics through
simulation, modelling, optimization techniques & predictive analytics. Key metrics include Forecast
Accuracy and bias, days of inventory (DOI), Sales analysis and parts availability. Work closely with
various regions, functions and vendors across multiple domains and bring Data Excellence to drive
Aftermarket Part Sales.
Responsibilities:
Ability to provide business insights by understanding data/metrics generated out of Enterprise
Environment.
Ability to create/Maintain a Power BI Dashboard
Ability to gather user requirements information and turning them into technical and Business
presentation.
Ability to solve Business Problem and deliver solution with data and facts.
Maintain various dashboards and learn new tools and system for Business requirement.
Ability to understand financial balance sheet for an organization.
Staying up to date on the latest process and Technology advancements to automate and
modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Documenting and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team
members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful
reports.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technologists, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from Engineering (Mechanical/ECE/EEE)
2 to 3 years of job-related experience, preferably with Data Analyst (Purchasing, Supply Chain,
Costing and Pricing)
Proficient in Advance Excel, PowerBI, SAP ERP, Tableau, AI & ML, SAS Coding & Python
Creative, Innovative, Problem solving, Analytical thinking, Interpersonal skills & Communication
skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and positively influence across the matrix
