Key Result Areas:
 Prepare, implement and execute Business Plan for the Enterprise Software solutions for the
assigned territory (Chennai Region) towards Achieving business targets & ensuring the sales
plan is met
 Identify, qualify, and close new accounts individually across industry verticals Primarily
focussing on Automotive Supply Chain and Industrial Equipment customers.
 Ensure a healthy pipeline of Qualified Business Opportunities for a consistent & predictable
revenue on a regular basis through effective new business development and account
management
 Identify and win new Enterprise accounts
 Positioning the right solutions from the basket of offerings to business issues of the customers.
 Ability to interact / interface across all levels of the prospect organisation – Operational teams
to CXO / CIO / Leadership teams of the customers.
 End to end mapping of Key Accounts to ensure stronghold from customer acquisition and
retention perspective
 Continuously updating self on the knowledge of the Solution landscape
 Actively engaging in customer meetings & follow-ups to bring closures
 Working closely with the internal as well as Business Partner teams.
 Undiluted adherence to organizational systems & processes
