?- Responsible for ERP E2E project implementation & delivery.
- Responsible for design, development and implementation of next gen ERP
- Expert in software product development
- Act as ERP techno functional leader
- Interface with Business teams and understand the pain areas and come up with plans to fill the gaps.
- Run the Firm Better - Maturity & continuous improvement on installed application.
- Business process understanding: Ensure completeness of business processes implementation in line of SAP best business practices and manage user trainings, post go live support & maintenance
- Preparation of Project Plan, Cut-Over Plan, Handling Project Meetings, Project Status report, Contingency Plan, Staged Delivery, Project Scope of Work, Mile Stone monitoring.
- Project management including Project Scheduling, coordination, team management, provide end to end project management services and drive project performance of consistent quality and predictable results
- Automate processes Seek opportunities to convert manual processes to Automated processes
- Explore and implement opportunities for mobility and analytics driven output.

?- 15+ year experience in Enterprise application management.
- Strong E2E ERP implementation experience. Exposure to Go Frugal ERP Solutions preferred.
- Experience in next gen ERP product development will be ideal.
- Strategic thinker and self motivated.
- Ability to convert business problems into workable IT solutions.
- Experience in Scalable Enterprise application with exposure to Startup environment preferred.
- Strong experience in one or multiple modules listed (Financial, CRM, HR & SCM).
