➢ Experience hotels, resorts, high and villas, club houses etc., is necessary.

➢ Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the feasibility of design concepts in real-world applications.
➢ Provide expert guidance on material selection, finishes, furnishings, and lighting solutions.
➢ Address any on-site challenges, modifications, or unforeseen issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
➢ Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality.
3. Quality Assurance:
➢ Implement stringent quality control measures to guarantee that the final output aligns with design specifications.
➢ Identify potential issues that could arise during construction and develop preemptive solutions.
4. Team Collaboration:

5. Documentation and Reporting:

6. Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
➢ A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in interior design project execution.
➢ Profound knowledge of design principles, construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
➢ Proven track record of successfully managing and executing interior design projects of varying scales.
➢ Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
