Shall be able to handle entire project independently & should have sound technical knowledge & decision-making abilities. Shall have knowledge of MEP services works & must be able to coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensuring EHS/quality control systems at the site & its documentation control. Ensuring material quality standards & its testing reports generation. Must have handled a team of 5 to 10 technical staff. Will be leading a team of subordinates like Construction managers, QC Engineers, planning engineers, junior engineers, Safety officers, QS/billing engineers, and supervisors. Get prepare project schedule, monitoring & control. Identifying risks involved & assessing same. Day-to-day, weekly planning, ensuring implementation of planning at site. Should have control over project budget monitoring. Analysis on a periodic basis for cost & time impact due to design changes, check for changes & verify, and ensure approval for changes before execution. Handover of projects to satisfaction.
