Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Managing Calendars, Scheduling Meetings, Preparing Agendas and Handling Correspondence
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences, preparing meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Manage travel itineraries, accommodation and logistics so that the travel plan is executed smoothly.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records and documents. Ensuring that the documents are readily accessible and up to date.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with all confidentiality.
Qualification
Graduate/ Postgraduate (any stream)
Skills Required
- Must have a good command over English (Speaking and Writing).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) is a must.
