Job title:                    Executive Assistant

Location:                  M.G Road, Gurugram

Terms:                       Full time

 

Office timings:         9 AM - 5:30 PM; Monday to Saturday

 

 About the role:       The EA will be reporting directly to one of the Directors, ensuring the Director’s tasks are performed in due time. In turn, the assistant will be partly responsible for the delegated tasks, while the job would majorly entail coordinating with different departments, staying in touch with key accounts on behalf of the Director, and anything and everything that comes up in the Director’s daily working. This role will not be limited to calendar management and travel bookings; on the contrary, travel bookings and calendar management will only be a very small part of this job. Objective - Ease the life of the Director.

 

Responsibilities:         

●     Confidentiality - The candidate will need to maintain strict

confidentiality for all information learnt while working with the Director

 

●        The most important responsibility is to ensure the fulfilment of the Director's daily responsibilities. Assisting the Director in daily tasks, which may be managerial or analytical in nature.

●        Internal/ External coordination

 

 

 

Candidate requirements:

 

 

●        Analytical skills and expertise in MS Excel are preferred

●        Prior Experience between 3 and 7 years in administrative or secretarial work; Graduate in associate or a Bachelor’s degree

●        Good communication skills (English) - both written and oral

●        Detail oriented; extremely energetic; passionate

●        Prior research experience is a plus
