permits, are obtained and up-to-date.

Scheduling: Maintain and manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings,
appointments, and events with a focus on optimizing time and productivity.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing
agendas, booking venues, and managing RSVPs.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring

upcoming commitments and deadlines.
